Lucy asked us to send her some heart-shaped Lebkuchen biscuits from the Oktoberfest, so we got dressed up and went out for the evening. Two grilled chicken halves plus two pints of Weißbier cost us 35 euros! We only just had enough cash left for the Lebkuchen hearts ... and chocolate-dipped banana and strawberries ... and a ride on the ferris wheel.
