| Ascending and descending Bodenschneid |
Today was another beautiful sunny day in the local Alps (the calm before tomorrow's forecast storm), so Belka and I went for a ski-tour with my friend Pete. Belka enjoyed rolling in the snow as usual, and following us up the mountain. When it got steep and rocky I had to carry my skis for a while, but Belka had no problem trotting up. On the descent she had to work hard, running across sometimes soft snow to keep up with us. But she was rewarded with her share of my cheddar sandwiches and a good rest afterwards.
