Prepare for landing

Now, for those of you who don't know what Mike does: he works at a company that builds machines for making prototypes, including prototypes of bits of racing cars. Here you can see Lucy with her very own racing car prototype of a somewhat less hi-tech nature. No lasers, no powdered metal or plastic to be fused together, but nonetheless a very innovative design. Note that the construction consists of a bog standard cardboard box, masking tape and a bath sponge for a steering wheel.

However, this is more of a James Bond-type vehicle. In no time at all it is transformed into a Shellabear Airways jumbo jet. I think our daughter could be the next "Q" - or would that be "S" considering John Cleese is currently "R"? Whatever!
