The latest public holiday (Thursday just gone) turned out fine and warm, so we drove an hour and a half south to a lovely place called Jachenau. The destination for the day was the waterfall pictured above. That's Mike swimming in the pool below it. We met several creatures along the way, though the slow worm wasn't exactly slow; it slid off before we could focus the camera properly. You might have to look really closely to see that the picture top right is a frog (or toad - I'm not sure which). Indeed, the outdoors is really great.
