We had sleet and snow on Thursday night and woke up to white-ish roofs, and cars with varying amounts of snow on them. Yet today we had lovely, warm sunshine. This morning, Mike went out on his bike to take the photos of the gorgeous leaves you can see above. Later in the day, we borrowed the neighbours' Jack Russell and went for a pleasant walk in the woods.
The other things adding a little more colour to our lives now are Boxer and the Fishlets. Boxer is Lucy's fighter fish and he resides in her room in an aquarium that was once occupied by the terrapins. We thought he might be feeling a bit lonely on his own, so we bought eight neon fish to provide him with some company.
