Mike has been using every good opportunity that comes around the get out in the fresh air. Holy Three Kings, a public holiday in Bavaria, provided him and our mate Pete with a gorgeous day to nip up Hochries and reward themselves with cake afterwards for a good day's exercise.
This week has been one of extreme excitement for us, because we were able to pick up Belka, a former street dog who needed a good home. Despite her long journey to us and her obvious exhaustion, she seems to have fared well. Within only 24 hours she has proved to be cuddly, good natured and exactly what we had hoped for: a beautiful and already much loved member of the family.
