Mike's brother, Richard, likes hiking, so he has been going out to the local mountains with Mike this week, while Kathy and I have been taking it easy and drinking lots of tea. As you can see, the alpine animals have been very friendly to Richard; admittedly, the chamois didn't come up to say hello, but at least they didn't run away. Belka joined them for one of their hikes, and as usual bounded up the mountain before settling down at the summit to enjoy the sunset and then sleeping next to Mike's bivvy bag to await sunrise. When they've not been in the mountains, the boys have been taking Belka for gentle walks instead around the parks of some of the local royal palaces.
